Gelato NXT1 is a top technology, top performance and fully automatic machine. It is the only fully automatic household gelato in the world. Gelato NXT1 manages everything for you, just pour the ingredients and your gelato, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet or granite will be ready when you want. The high-tech storage software keeps gelato at ideal density and flavor. The product can be stored up to 8 hours after preparation giving the same flavor, just like if it had just finished. Preparation times and storage phases are set automatically by the software, according to the constant detection of the room temperature and density of the mixture. A truly fully automatic process comes with a large 1.7 Iiters AISI 304 removable stainless steel bowl.
